3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. To start a return, please email us at support@lovenique.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the exact return address and instructions.

None. All standard purchases fall under our 90-day return policy.

1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us at support@lovenique.shop within 1 to 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the processing stage with our fulfillment center, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process once the item is delivered.

2. Inspection and Refund Approval

Once your returned item is received at our facility, please allow 3 to 10 business days for our team to inspect the product. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item (it must be unused and in original packaging).

3. Receiving Your Refund

If your return is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It typically takes your bank or credit card company an additional 3 to 5 business days to process and post the refund to your account.
